Just wanted to say thanks for all the wonderful support yesterday.
I feel much better. I had a good cry and the world seems bright again.
It's probably the biggest cry I've had over my son in about six or seven years. It's funny how things can hit you suddenly. But it's also nice. I wouldn't want to NOT cry about him, you know?
Anyway, it's a beautiful long weekend and I'm going to go play with my kids! Our world of work starts again on Tuesday (homeschooling for them and me!), and we need to get some bookcases cleaned out today, too.
Some pain in life, isn't ever going to completely go away, it seems better, and then something just takes your breath away.
My son died before birth, we lost him 7 years ago, my friend gavebirth the day after his funeral. I have always found her birthday parties hard to attend, but when she graduated kindergarten,and i was surrounded by so many children that would have been his classmates, i had to get out of there. I sobbed all the way home...God gives us the grace to get through what trials lay before us, it just isn't always easy...God Bless you and your family. You have been a blessing to me...
